Shipping Methods
acredo USA offers FREE Standard shipping on all online orders over $999 to shipping addresses within the continental United States. All items are securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped via the following carriers listed below.
- Purchases under $999 | $35 Standard. Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
- Purchases over $999 | FREE Standard. Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
- Express Delivery | $150. Requires signature confirmation.
- International Deliveries. Currently we ship to the United States only. Please check back in the future for updates regarding international shipping.
In-Store Pickup
In the event “In-Store Pickup” is selected during checkout, one of our sales associates will reach out within 24 hours (M-F) via the contact information provided in your order to notify you that your item is ready for pickup. Proof of purchase and formal ID will be required on pick-up.
Safe & Prompt Delivery
- All items are insured and registered for their full value
- Adult (21+) signature required on all express deliveries
- High value packages shipped via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail require all deliveries be made to an address registered with the address your credit card company or PayPal has on record to pay for the purchase.
- Shipping to PO boxes is not permitted, however, we do accept PO box addresses for billing purposes
When Will Your Order Ship?
Every acredo USA ring is made to order, please allow 2-6 weeks for material sourcing, creation, and delivery. In most cases, rings and jewelry can be made in under 2-4 weeks, but certain designs or sourcing of specialty materials may require more time & additional craftsmanship to complete. Once your piece is created and inspected, we will notify you via email &/or with a phone call, then we will prepare your item for shipping. You will receive tracking information so you can follow your custom ring's journey on its way home to you!

Damaged Packages
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment, and call us immediately at (303) 593-0424 or email sales.denver@acredo.com. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 24-hours of receipt of your order to sales.denver@acredo.com.
